Tea is an aromatic beverage commonly prepared by brewing the leaves, leaf buds or leaf stalks are dried with hot water. And tea is the second most widely consumed in the world. There are four kinds of tea, such as black tea, oolong tea, green tea, and white tea. Each other kinds of tea have much benefit.
According to scientist tea can decrease risk of cancer, especially green tea. Because in green tea contain antioxidant which slowing the growth of cancer cells. I think tea is also good for our skin, because content antiseptic properties can reduce hives and swollen that the skin becomes smooth and content antioxidant which can care skin. Tea also can reduce stress, because if we drink tea can lower hormone stress. Moreover tea also can decrease risk of heart disease, diabetes, gum, burn fat and anything else. Like white tea which researchers can slow down the growth of bacteria that cause Staphylococcus infections, pneumia, dental caries, and improve immune system function. Because in white tea contain white tea extract. Tea does have many great benefits for our health.
Should we drink tea two until three every day, because if we drink minimum two times every day five times lower risk of developing lung cancer and if we drink minimum one times every day 40% lower possibility experience heart attack. But don’t drink too much tea, because can cause prostat cancer.
